SHIPPING POLICY

How does the delivery process work?

  • Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.

  • After they pass through the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue. Or you could simply contact us.

How are items packaged?

We package our products in extra durability cardboard boxes covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.

What is the range of locations to which NUTRIFARM GLOBAL ships its products?

We ship pan India!

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order – We will soon start whatsApp details!
  • You can track the status of your package 12 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We usually dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and should reach you within 3 working days depending on the location

Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

  • We have standard shipping charges for most addresses.

  • India shipping charges :-

    1) ₹50.74 inclusive of GST 18% and fuel charges for 1st 500gm and after that every additional 500gm = Rs.47.2 for Intra Region which covers the following states:-

    Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Sikkim, Nagaland, Bihar, Odisha & West Bengal.

    2) ₹78.53 inclusive of GST 18% and fuel charges for 1st 500gm for C Region , same rate(₹78.53) for additional 500 gm. C Region covers the following states:-

    Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi, Chandigarh, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Chattisgarh, Goa, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Pondicherry, Jammu & Kashmir.

RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Given that we are dealing with food products, our company follows a strict no-return or exchange policy.

We will only allow exchanges if the product we have delivered is damaged. For damaged product-related please contact customer service support@nutrifarmglobal.com

Each of these orders will be dealt with on an individual and case-by-case basis. We also advise you to provide your receipt number for speedy damaged product redressal.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account, within a 48-hour timeline.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER/WEBSITE

A customer can cancel an order anytime up to the time the order has been dispatched by calling our customer service. Once the order has been dispatched from our end, it cannot be cancelled. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders with/without providing any notification to the Customer. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your Nutrifarm Global, Dr.rp road, Ganeshguri, Guwahati, Assam-006.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
