How are items packaged?
• We package our products in extra durability cardboard boxes covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.
• We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.

We usually dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and should reach you within 3 working days depending on the location
Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?
Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Sikkim, Nagaland, Bihar, Odisha & West Bengal.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
Given that we are dealing with food products, our company follows a strict no-return or exchange policy.
We will only allow exchanges if the product we have delivered is damaged. For damaged product-related please contact customer service support@nutrifarmglobal.com
Each of these orders will be dealt with on an individual and case-by-case basis. We also advise you to provide your receipt number for speedy damaged product redressal.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account, within a 48-hour timeline.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER/WEBSITE
A customer can cancel an order anytime up to the time the order has been dispatched by calling our customer service. Once the order has been dispatched from our end, it cannot be cancelled. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders with/without providing any notification to the Customer. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
